content providers (the "products") in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions (the "license") issued by our company.

a) LIMITED USAGE GRANTED
You may use each individual product on a single website only,
belonging to either you or your client.


b) IMAGERY, CLIPARTS AND FONTS
All imagery, clipart and fonts are either our own creation or are compiled from royalty free sources. Limited-usage License grants
you the right to use these images, clipart and fonts only as a part of the
website you build using your template. They may be used on one website only. Any kind of separate usage or
distribution is prohibited. In the case of original work, the copyright is retained by the artist.

c) MODIFICATIONS
Minor modifications may be made to our products to adapt to your site. Products may not be modified and then claimed as your work.
Copyright is retained by the original artist (icexdesign.com).

d) UNAUTHORIZED USE
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a
diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for
redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent
from our company.

e) ASSIGNABILITY
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone
else without prior written consent from templatemonster.com.

f) OWNERSHIP
You may not claim intellectual or
exclusive ownership to any of our
products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of
independent content providers. Our products are provided "as is"
without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We will not be held liable for any damages including, but
not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential
damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use
our products.


OUR REFUND POLICY
At icexdesign.com we do not issue refunds after the product is delivered.
Please be sure to read our Terms and Conditions before purchasing our products.

ANTIFRAUD CHECK
A Customer purchase may be temporarily delayed for a manual anti-fraud check due to the growing number of fraudulent credit card transactions online.
